Black Cat is a registered business that offers rooms for hire and receives payment for the hire of those rooms.
Payments are made in two parts being -
(a) payment to Black Cat for room hire and the use of its merchant facilities and
(b) payment to the lady for services negotiated and agreed between you and the service provider.
The service provider is a self-employed individual who is NOT an employee of Black Cat nor a person contracted to provide services to Black Cat.
There is NO employer/employee relationship between Black Cat and the service provider.
Black Cat does not pay the service provider at any time and all income the service provider generates is from money paid to them by the clients themselves.
Perhaps you would like one of the girls to visit you for an erotic experience or to accompany you to dinner, a function or other outing. Should you desire a social outing first, followed by some intimate time with the girl, you may choose your hotel or home or our place at Black Cat.
